Terms of Use
Imerin is developed by Andrew Mileta ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your license to the app.
Imerin Pro subscription
- Imerin Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription: $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year. Actual prices may vary by region and are always shown in the app before purchase.
- Pro removes the daily limit on Magic Add dictation, subject to a fair-use ceiling that protects the service from automated abuse.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies.
Free tier
The free tier includes a limited number of Magic Add recognitions per day. We may adjust the free limit over time.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Imerin service, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Service availability
Magic Add depends on network connectivity and third-party AI services and is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features. Your planner data always remains available on your device regardless of service status.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
